The last week or so I've been having problems where I start to play a PTAT recording and it only plays the last 2 minutes. It will let me rewind, but it turns out I've got the wrong recording I'm rewinding through. Not just from a guide mistake, but the wrong network. It's like the index of recordings somehow got messed up. Another point is that these are recordings where I've saved the series and I'm looking in My Recordings. Is there a way to have it rebuild the index?

Have you tried a reboot? Push the red button behind the door and let it reboot and see what you get....
I haven't tried a reboot, but I will tomorrow evening when PTAT and other recordings aren't happening. In doing more research I discovered that there are 5 recordings with the same issue. All of them were recorded on 6/19/14 between 8pm and 9pm Mountain Daylight Time.
On Hopper you can now use Yellow+Diagnostics(9)+Reset Receiver. Hooray, you don't have to get out of the chair.

Sad, that the frequent need to reboot the receiver is now a new menu Feature item.
Well the reboot didn't help. Hopefully this was just a blip with our local networks or something like that.
