Connect and Over the Air Antenna to Dish 100 Signal?

I currently have an indoor antenna that picks up Over-the-Air signals from local stations and connects to the OTA connector on my satellite box (722). I am able to view and select the local channels and their subs using my 722. While this approach works, the OTA signal strength can be spotty. Are there any devices that enable you to merge the signal from an outdoor antenna with the output of my Dish Network satellite dish (1000)? I doubt that the Dish Network satellite will ever provide all versions of local channels. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks, Sal

You could use diplexers to combine, but popular wisdom prefers a separate line because OTA will loose some signal.

If you can run a separate line, that would be the most simple and reliable. Like KAB said, diplexers will also work if you can't run additional cable, if they're not already used to backfeed your TV2.
