I am in Erie, PA
I was considering

Turbo Gold 39.99
HD DVR 7.00
Locals 5.00
Superstations for CW 1.50

I need an extra box for Bedroom set, How much more for that?

If some of the locals are HD will I get HD picture?

According to dish website none are in hd

If it was me, there is no way I would change until they had the locals in HD.

Even without the locals in HD (now I have one), DISH had a much better HD line-up than TWC here. I switched and haven't regretted it a minute.
