It appears that my neighbor was installed with the WRONG dish for our locals. Is it possible to convert a 121 to a 105? I am willing to screw, drill, epoxy, duct tape and weld as needed.

other than swapping out the LNB's for the correct version, not really
What locals do you have? Most of them are no longer on SD. Another option is to use the SD for 105 only and use a Dish500 for 110/119 (signals will be better)
