Convert Videos on my computer

I was wondering why I am not able to convert my video on my computer so I can show it on my Geosat pro receiver. I tried using the software Glorystar suggested but it is to complicated for me and when I tried it it did not work. Their are a lot of easier software the converts video to .ts but it doesn't work with the Geosat pro one. It did work for my other receiver though.

Video Redo will convert videos to play on the GEOSATpro DVR1100c. Googled and found a few other conversion SW options, but do not know if they work. Only have used Video ReDo.
