Converting Directv Trav'ler to Dish for Hopper 3?

I am planning to do this per this schematic unless something is wrong.

Are the items listed below all I will need? I will need an A/B switch. I have searched for these items and Amazon seems to be the best website to get them from.

I will also modify my tripod using parts from TV4RV: Satellite - Tripod - Slimline - Dish - DirectTV: satellite and Internet for RV - Recreational Vehicles - RVers - DishTV - Satellite Dish - FTA - Tripod.
