Coolsat card reader

Hello i just purchase a Coolsat 4ooo pro and i install the smart car reader any body know if i need to download software to activate the reader or should by Ok

I think you have to download it from www.coolsatusa.com

Problem the software is encripted any help ?

You need to update to the 1.3 from Coolsat, it works, Im using it.
