Great report ! I'm glad to see that 3D is actually being done right by Panasonic. It's easy to see that plasma is the best medium for 3D at this point. I'm sure that there will be many new inovations coming shortly, as well - such as 3D WITHOUT glasses. :)

That is a good look at things by Panasonic and they showed off what they were talking about well.

I would hate to see the cost of a tv that will show 3D without glasses.;)

Well, once that is perfected, and they are mass marketed, the cost will come down to the levels that we are seeing for 3DTVs today. :D

3D without glasses is a long way off. What we saw at CES demonstrated a very poor picture quality and if you think wearing glasses gives you a headache, the glassesless TV was painful to watch after a few minutes.
