CSN Chicago says Dish has HD capacity issues

they just did just that, added an extra transponder on 61.5 for sports feeds

My guess is that they did that because the upcoming "Eastern Arc" project will contain HD RSN feeds that were previously not on 61.5 (mine, FSN NorthHD for example). Either way, it doesn't help those of us with our HD RSN's currently on 129 that are missing games about every other week.
