The FCC closed the terrestrial loophole, and an appeal of ruling has been denied. When will Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia FINALLY come to Dish Network??? It's baseball season, and us fans in PA want to see the Phils without having to pay Comcast for cable service!!!

Later then Sooner! We are talking about Comcast. This loophole is closed, they will try to open another loophole. They will do whatever it takes to bury the competition & gain complete control of the industry.

The only hope for Dish and DirecTV is that they can get Comcast/Philly *now*, while Comcast is trying to place nice and get approval for the NBC/Universal merger.

After that is approved, Comcast will send their hordes of lawyers to Washington, and Dish / DTV will never see Comcast/Philly.

This is a recent news post on DSL Reports. Linky here: Cablevision Fights FCC Ruling Requiring They Share MSG HD - FCC ruling 'arbitrary, capricious, and an abuse of discretion' says Cablevision - dslreports.com

It's mostly about CableVision and their fight with a mention of CSN.
This is a Piece of crap.
Both Cablevision and Comcast know precisely what they are up to,
These companies are attempting to limit competition.
I do not agree with government interference in the free market. However the market has ot be regualted in such as way so as to maintain a level playing field. Unfortunately the communications companies could not police themsleves, so the government had to step in.
That said, I am hoping the federal government gives a great big thmbs down to the proposed Comcast/NBCU merger. IMO such a merger would be 100% anti consumer.
