This sounds more like a problem with voice search not working properly, rather than the channel not actually being received in the package.
Found it, though voice search says we are not subscribers.
I have seen that false "not subscribed" message for a lot of channels when attempting to use voice search. Unfortunately, if the specific channel is not one of the most-popular channels, then the issue may never get reported to Dish. Even if the issue is reported, it may never actually get fixed, as Dish does not give a very high priority to fixing this type of issue.
