It was a new deal to bring the channels back, WE has not been listed for the Welcome pack since it's return.
 
I think they got HDNet and Style in place of the AMC / WE loss. The website doesn't show that but hasn't always been the most reliable source of information.
 
128 & 131 are both showing up in my Welcome pac subscription,128 is in freeview on channel 103.

HDNet Movies is not showing on the channel listing for the Welcome pack.
 
Is there an extra charge for locals in addition to the $14.99?
 
And because someone will ask the same question again, in HD if available.
