Does the Dish Everything package include local channels?

Hi,

I am wondering if any of you have or know if you get the "Everything" package if you still have to pay 12 bucks for the locals or are they thrown in at the top tier package? If so I may be upgrading?

Locals will always be $12 even with the Everything package. The quoted price for that package includes locals. If you don't need locals because you have OTA then you can remove DISH locals and save that $12.
