D10 Immediate Deorbit

DIRECTV 10 was carrying 13 transponders at 103cb. Switching them over to DIRECTV 15 should be relatively seamless.

The hydrazine propellant is toxic (small amounts are present in cigarette smoke).

It will be completely seamless, and as a matter of fact, may already have occurred. We have no way of telling for certain which satellite (D10 or D15) is actually transmitting any of the 13 currently active transponders from 103cb. TID 133 (TPN 10) is currently unused.
