Finally to be released 1/11/11. Unfortunately it looks like the theatrical version.

Well, According to the HDD link, the running time indicates the theatrical version (180 minutes). According to The Digital Bits, it is the extended version, which would be 234 minutes.

Amazon Preorder also says 185 minutes, which would be the theatrical version. It is 20.99 preorder price, which would also lead me to believe it is not the extended/director's cut.

Just received it today. According to the box it is only the Extended Director's cut. new HD transfer, and 7.1 audio.
