Dark Shadows' Jonathan Frid dies at 87

Canadian-born theatre/film/TV actor Jonathan Frid (known as the vampire Barnabas Collins on the popular ABC gothic soap Dark Shadows in the late 1960s/early 1970s) has died of natual causes in Canada. Hew was 87 years old. I've first heard the news from Kathryn's official website via Tweet Kathryn Leigh Scott recently Frid made an cameo appearance with KLS, Lara Parker, and David Selby in Depp's Dark Shadows film which will be released May 11.
