Data Usage

I bought the Roku TV stick and the Amazon Fire TV stick. Both are working excellent!
I'm using a netgear WIFI.
My internet is from the Wildblue satellite. What I am concerned about is the data usage.
Whenever I reached the data limit the Internet would slow down until the next month cycle. I have the impression I won't be charged for excessive data usage.
The streamings are excellent and hasn't slowed down.
Are any of you guys on Satellite internet?
I don't want any unpleasant surprises on my bill.

You won't get any hidden surprises, however your internet will slow down when you hit your cap.

Or if your on Exede evolution you will just loose the ability to do streaming video.

Thanks Claude. I watched "Untold Story of Emmit Till" last night and there was no video interruption of any kind.
