The letter in WRAP's correspondence folder that stated they surrendered there Class A Status is gone,
Their last digital construction permit on WJW's tower states they are a DC channel,
a few other analog and the one they are on the air with which i do believe is the one with the Special Temporary Authority have CA Status
I know the assumption would be that they are a Class A but i just want to fully make sure,
I was thinking that some error could have occurred and that is why WJW never got approved for 31 or maybe WJW backed out of an agreement or WRAP's method of surrendering Class A status was invalid
