MANY years ago (15? 20?) there was a TV show with puppet dinosaurs. Seems to me there was a big one as the lead, with a scrawny sidekick named Skrit (not sure of spelling) with a wicked laugh. The set burned down, and that was the end of them. It was NOT the one with the baby dinosaur that said "I'm the baby, gotta love me."

I can't find it Googling. Anyone remember this show, and maybe the name?

Here ya go!!

Thank you, but that's not the one. The one you linked is the "I'm the baby, gotta love me" one. There was an earlier, earthier one.

Naw. Not for kids. I'm gonna go crazy trying to figure this one out. Maybe I'll PM televisionarchives.

I seem to remember that as well. Give me some more information. Was it on a Network like the big 4 or Nick? Also , This wasn't a kids show but a comedy for adults? Also, Any chance it could have been dragons instead of dinosaurs?

Yes, it may have been dragons. Rumor was, they were being threatened to pay somebody off or the set would burn down. They didn't, and the set burned down. Could be just a story, though. Very short lived. I remember liking the show, but can't remember details. Almost certainly a big 3 show, back then.

Characters looked more like "Dark Crystal" characters, but not them.

I dont think that is it, I vaguely remember a short lived show I think was a pilot with one or two following it that ran around 9 or 10 pm if I'm thinking of the same thing Navy is and it may have been an early fox show from late 80's or early 90's.

I have all of the early Fox Shows. Remember Herman's Head? I can't remember a show like that however. I thought someone found it but I guess not?

Well, I think you are dreaming it, or it was a segment within another series, but here's a list of every Fox series that existed:

Maybe you can find it yourself, or try hard and remember, and give me a little more info for searches...

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ziuKRHTZJyw"]YouTube- Scorch TV show Promo[/ame] are you POSITIVE it's not Scorch as I said earlier, because that only lasted 3 shows, and he was a dragon, and it was on prime-time CBS...
