Direct Tuner with a Dish Satellite dish

I'm headed up north hunting in a few days and I just purchased Dish 1000 to use up there! A friend of mine is coming in a different camper! He has a Direct TV tuner! Can he use my 1000 Satellite Dish with his Direct tuner and I use my Dish tuner as well?

His primary satellite is 101 the 1000 looks at 110/119/129 so you aren't even seeing the satellite he needs. Your purchase of a 1000 really isn't really enough information DISH has made:
1000 dish
1000plus dish
1000.2 dish
1000.2 EA dish
1000.4 WA dish
1000.4EA dish.
