I am currently trying to gain footage of old DIRECTV eas tests, technical difficulties ,blackouts, slate channels, The old Channels that told u what channels where what number etc… Anything from any time but mainly 2006-2015 would be great but am also wanting from any date from any year.

I'm thinking that EAS doesn't apply to DBS broadcasting. It is a local broadcast feature.
