Not for anything but what they did is almost like charging someone with murder simply because they own a gun and someone somewhere at some time was shot. Also, they were suing people that had legitimate smart card programmers and made no effort to differentiate between legitimate use and piracy. It was basically a witch hunt. This policy is one of the reasons I cancelled them. Voom is the other reason. If I wouldn't have gone to voom I would have switched to dish.
