All this means is that they wouldn't own it outright. No biggie, from my eyes. Also, no reason they couldn't continue to use them.

There is barely a link between DirecWay and DirecTV anyway. Since News bought DirecTV they've been moving further and further away from the broadband business and more and more towards focusing only on video
