That will definitely cut-the-cord time for me. ATT customer service is horrendous. 12yrs with DTV and 2yrs with Dish, there is just no comparison. Dish operation is also more simplistic. As said, this ever happens, I’m gone!

I think of it in terms of why would ATT buy a surging company, and cut loose a dying company that they squeezed out every drop they could squeeze. That seems more big-company realistic to me.
