Yes, it's only available in the USA, and on most devices it requires gps/location services to verify your location for locals and sports.
If you're in Mexico, it's much cheaper to just subscribe to a Mexican streaming provider as most of the channels have English audio via SAP. Like MVS Hub's highest package that also includes HBO Max, Prime Video, Paramount+, Universal+, Atresplayer along with DAZN and FOX Sports (which both include events that are PPV only in the USA) only comes out to around $94 US. Their package that would be the equivalent of DTV Choice is only around $13 US, while their equivalent of DTV Xtra is only around $21 US. StarTV stream and Izzi Go have similar pricing. Some of them also have an option to bundle Sunday Ticket, Extra Innings and League Pass that's much cheaper than it would be to get them from US providers. i.e. DAZN's NFL Game Pass via MVS Hub is only around $155 US a year.
