Cowboy Channel has been testing on stream for about a month

The HD feed appeared in the sat APG data this week, although right now it's just mapped to the Ka offline slate.

As of now it's not pay to play, which is why it's Ultimate+ on sat. The pay to play channels like Racer and Pursuit are in all English, Spanish and international base packages.

Why isn't it available in the Sports Pack?

Cowboy Channel's HD feed has been removed from satellite, it is still available via the app. It was using one of the designated part time TPN slots and was just a special 10 day HD carriage for the National Finals Rodeo.
