DIRT Team: Dish Anywhere broken using Android 5.0 Lollipop

DIRT team, my Android tablet was just upgraded to version 5.0 Lollipop and now Dish Anywhere is dead. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. It won't even start, no login page or anything. Please investigate. Thank you, Alan Rovner
