Forgive me, it's been a while. Is there still the old Dirt support on this forum? I really could use help.

They do not have the ability to help like they use to.Best bet is to call the Loyalty number(if it was a pinned thread I could point you there real easy with no research).
They are still here under the name DISH Support.
However due to changes in internet privacy laws they are unable to PM like they use to. But they are still here and answer a lot of questions and help people. If they need private info they will give you a URL to go to to honor the privacy laws.

I guess they don't trust you any more.

Not that at all, we could still have DIRT the old way if we wanted, but the big caveat would be that DISH would control our database. I was not going to do that.
On Social Media when they need sensitive account info they still point them to the same address for secure communications.
