Logged Into My Account On Voom Website.i Looked Up Top And The Staus Says Pnd Discon Which I Guess Means Pending Disconnect I Didn't Request To Be Cut Off.can Someone Else Check Their Account And What It Says This Can't Be Good.
I showed a pending disconnect in their system and was billed for early termination on my first bill. It turned out to be the result of ordering Voom for a 3 room install but changing it to 2 rooms when the installer arrived. (decided to only installed it in HD rooms)
A call to CS fixed everything quickly. Very friendly rep too.
