disconnect on voom website

Logged Into My Account On Voom Website.i Looked Up Top And The Staus Says Pnd Discon Which I Guess Means Pending Disconnect I Didn't Request To Be Cut Off.can Someone Else Check Their Account And What It Says This Can't Be Good. :(
 
Mine still has a status of ACTIVE. From my bill on www.voom.com:

Account number: 001307xxx
Account Status: ACTIVE

I put the xxx at the end of the account number, but the status text is the way it appears in the 'My Account' section.

Unsure why they would have a pending disconnect for someone who did not request it. I wonder what kind of response you will get from customer service on that one.
 
I showed a pending disconnect in their system and was billed for early termination on my first bill. It turned out to be the result of ordering Voom for a 3 room install but changing it to 2 rooms when the installer arrived. (decided to only installed it in HD rooms)

A call to CS fixed everything quickly. Very friendly rep too.
