Does anybody else notice a picture issue. Like picture jitter or video noise, ect...
I don't know maybe I am nuts. But I see alot of flutter going on.
Anybody else?

I guess I am the only one seeing this issue. I should have mentioned it was occurring while watching Orange county choppers. I don't really see it now.

I do see this occasionally also on some shows on discovery hd, almost like an analog off air antenna feed with some snow in the picture.

I've noticed this happens from time to time on Dish. Typically, for me, when I see it happening on Discovery HD, I will see it really bad on other HD channels, although HDNet seems to be more immune to it than the rest. When you start seeing it on HDNet, you knows its bad. However, it usually only lasts for a little while. Just my experience.
