Dish 1000.2 Western Arc and Wally Issue

Good Morning All,
I just set up a Dish 1000.2 with a hybrid lnb for a single wally. I get a decent signal from the 110, 119, and 129 satellites. When I'm in the diagnostics menu the switch only recognizes the 119 and 129 only. I keep doing the check switch installation test and it shows 129 in port 1, and 119 in port 2, and 0 for port 3. I have rebooted, unplugged, and reset the wally to manufactuer settings. All of this did not help. I'm wondering if anyone can help me? I definitely have a decent signal on the 110 when I test the transponders signal strength.

What are you testing SS with? If it's a meter of some sort, can it tell what orbital it sees?

I didn't use a meter. I used the diagnostics screen on the wally and switched it to the 110 and the transponders locked in a signal.
