dish 1000 ddp

I have a dish 1000 antenna with a 622 dual tuner receiver. I am trying to connect a 311 receiver to the antenna. It seems to find the antenna during the test switch test, but says there is no signal and to check connections. When I check signals, the 110 shows a signal for the 119 not locked. Appreciate any help.

What kind of coax are you using. Make sure it is a good quality RG-6.

If check switch on the 622 is OK, I'd say it is a cable problem, perhaps a piece of shroud wire shorting out the stinger, short stinger, stinger too long...
