How do I change the IR code to the reciever and then how do I change the remote code to match the reciever?

Hi Dave

This question was posted by my friend Kateri. She needs to know how to change the address to the receiver first.
Someone next store has the same system and her channels keep changing on there own all the time.

What do you recommend.

Press and hold the SAT key until the red lights blink
Enter the new address - ie 04
Press the # key on the remote
red lights will blink 3 times probably
Press the REC key on the remote

Now the remote address on the remote and the receiver are changed. If you do it while on the SysInfo page, you will see the receiver remote address change.

Actually you can't. But you can change the RF code.

You are incorrect. The IR codes are differnet for each remote address.
