I currently have a DISH 625, with locals subscribed through DISH. I'm in the Cincinnati DMA. However, Dayton, OH is only 35 miles away from my locale, and I can easily receive analog signals with a set top OTA antenna. Is there any way that I can get my 625 to use the DISH LiL's for Cincinnati, and the antenna for Dayton's locals?

Thanks for any help! Satelliteguys RULES!

 What is it that you are asking?

Are you asking if the 625 has an analog tuner? It doesn't.

I guess that's what I was asking. So, even if I didn't subscribe to DISH LiL's, I couldn't get local channels on my 625?

it will; pass ota channels to the tv

Just turn off the 625 and tune the channels with your TV as you would normally. You'll need another device (like a VCR) to record them, though.
