Dish 625 doesnt work

I just got a 625 dual receiver and on 119 I get transponder 11 to 21 and on 110 11 to 31 and I did the check switch and it says ok , I have a sw44 and port 1 is 110 and port 2 is 119 and when I try to exit of the point dish it says the signal you are receiving is not from the satellite you have selected. I already have a 222k and it is working fine but I can't figure our how to make the 625 to work Thanks

Do you have a SW44 or a DPP44 switch? Do you have 1 or 2 lines run to the 625? Give a little more accurate information and wr can try to help you. We can't see what you have so you have to be our eyes and tell us about the equipment.
