Dish America Gold

I just want to make sure I am getting this right. With Dish America Gold you are only getting 70 of the HD channels and none of the SD only channels such as ABC family etc..

I am trying to lower my package from top 250 to either Gold or 200.

Yes, with Dish America Gold it is HD only, no SD.

Changed my package online almost 30 mins ago. Still no email confirmation and the website is still showing my old plan.. How long does this take to change over??

It should have happened almost immediately. You may wanna try again. Make sure you use IE or Firefox. Also clear your cookies and cache.

Note that changing from an AT package to an HD only package will result in the loss of Free HD for Life. I found out the hard way.

Then I looked at AT200 with Free HD and it worked out to be quite a few more channels for the same price. Doh! I managed to get retentions to give me back my Free HD when I went with AT200.
