Does anyone know if I had a Moca Adapter that supported Band F would be compatible with the Dish network and the Hopper Internet Connector? Or does Dish prevent non Dish products from their network?

I would bet real money that dish equipment can't talk to other moca devices.

That would require encryption/decryption. Dish and D* moca adapters aren’t compatible simply because they communicate on different frequencies. Moca standard only had 2 frequency ranges so if you have an adorable on the same range it “should” work.
