Dish Anywhere and locals

With a Hopper and Dish Anywhere can you watch your SAT locals (Obviously assuming you subscribe to them) if you are not in your market at the time?

A. If no, can you watch a recorded program from your locals?
B. Can you watch from the DVR your locals as it is being recorded?

I actually watched my San Francisco local news while in the Frankfurt, Germany airport via DishAnywhere.

I like that you don't have to subscribe to locals..You can use your OTA and watch them anywhere..I use 3 hopper 2's and have 2 firestick and a fire tv so I have all programming available on 6 TV's and plenty of tuner's for recording and watching OTA

No kidding. Or how we could view programs on the EHD of our 722's before Dish killed the Sling Adapter.
