Dish anywhere/hopper 3 new issues with playback

In the last few weeks I have been unable to stream anything from Dish Anywhere without it buffering and replaying nonstop. I am having zero issues streaming content (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) to my iPad, but Dishanywhere is a mess. It used to work with our hopper 3. With our old receivers, the sling worked well enough to stream live sporting events overseas. Now I can't even get it to work a few states away to play back content.

Is anyone else having trough with their iPads? Having trouble on a few different iPads, all software is up to date.

Just watched about 10 min of a show on my iPad. No problems at all. What is your ISP upload speed? Have you changed providers recently?
