Guide won't load and I get an error "guide load failure", it won't load any recordings. I rebooted H3, but that did not do the trick. Something going on with their server??

Something out of the ordinary is going on. I just checked the PC version using Windows 10 and Firefox and the guide wouldn't load but the DVR list did. On the Android phone the guide loaded but the DVR list didn't. :coco

I just checked the same thing. On mine, the guide loads, but it is a generic guide. I have my Hopper Duo hooked up to Eastern Arc, with an OTA adapter. The Dish Anywhere guide is showing both the SD and HD feeds of the satellite-delivered locals, and it does not show any of the OTA channels that normally show up there. I could not get my DVR timers or the list of recordings to show up. :(

Two hoppers with sling here.
Can’t access the hoppers from outside my local area network.
While on the network can not access the DVR recordings from iOS or firesticks.

I am not able to switch between hoppers on either iOS or firestick.

Appears to be a backend problem with dish.

Okay - so I reported the issue via chat. The agent did say that someone had reported a similar issue earlier.

I was finally able to get in from outside the network on the app and via a safari browser.

After logging in and out a few times I was able to finally see the DVR recording from a iOS safari browser both in and outside the network - even though I couldn’t play the media(iOS safari is not a supported media player)

Shortly after completing the tech chat everything came back on line.

I was able to see both DVRs from the iOS app as as well as switch between the DVRs.

I can also play recording from the DVR.

I believe it was an identity verification issue that was causing the issue.

Hopefully it resolves for everyone having the problem.
