Dish cd channels

everytime we try to tune into a dish cd channel. it seems like it stutters??? sounds like a scratched cd when for a second or two... anyone else having this issue??? what transponder are they on the 110 or 119 so i can check signal levels... these are the only channels giving us any issues BTW...

Tune to one of those channels and press Home 3 times, go down to Dish (or press 3). You will see the satellite and transponder as well as the signal strength.

That said, I have no issue whatsoever on those channels. I see them on 119, Spotbeam 4, and see signal at 55 which is just fine.

on sat 119 were getting a 62% signal
the switch is a DPH_WA_TWIN
reception says verified
119 says it's locked as well

I just tested 2 of those channels on one of my Joeys and have no issues.

He actually wowed his install the day before this one. So he is installed.

Have you tried looking at the stingers and making sure your connections are tight

It went smoothly. We just swapped the 4k Joey for a Joey 4 and added another Joey 4. No sense doing all of that if one can't make one big media server. It would have bumped the bill up I already pay charlie enough

Issue has been resolved . When I disconnected the joey the coax was loose!!!
