DISH CSR admits known problem with 322s

FYI

My 322 intermittently (lately quite often) fails to send the channel signal when it is supposed to so my recorder ends up recording nothing but the countdown clock and the momentary guide info for the channel. The last CSR I talked to admits this is a known problem that they are aware of with 322s.
