One person in our newly satellited-up household is elderly and would appreciate a printed program guide. Which magazine is better with regard to program listings and also articles?

Well Dish Entertainment magazine is for Dishnetwork only. So if your a Dish customer I would say this is the best.

Onsat supposedly has a Dish-specific version too.

I use to get both. But my wife only really uses the Dish Flicks magazine so we quit the Entertainment one.

I used to subscribe to OnSat when it was a weekly. It was great. But then it went to a monthly publication, not so good. I currently get Dish Entertainment Magazine - it is ok and it does have a synopsis of all the month's movies. I also get TVGuide. Although TVGuide no longer does provider specific listings; it does list the major networks in primetime, has good articles, and has great picks of the day.
