I was wondering if it is possible to use an old DTV dish to bring in satellite 119?

Sure. Any dbs antenna (reflector) and LNBF will work if 119 from DISH Network is all you need.

If you're trying to get HD from DirecTV it's a different story but then I guess you wouldn't be asking in this forum.

I am having trouble getting the 119 on my super dish so I thought that I could use the old DTV dish just for 119 and the super for 105 and 110.

Directv won't work in your case you have Dish Pro on SUCKERDISH and Legacy on Directv. You can't mix those two methods of receiving the signal.
