I am looking to get Shaw direct and have both a direct tv dish and a dish network dish both w/lnb's. will either of these work with a shaw direct box? thanks you

no for 2 reasons
1. The dish is too small. Shaw requires a 30" dish minimum
2. The LNB for Dish/Direct is circular polarity. Shaw uses linear polarity (like free to air does)

so you would need a new dish to get Shaw

No....I don't believe so, for at least a couple of reasons:

1) Shaw Direct is ku band and Direct & Dish are not

2) The Shaw LNB is specially constructed to receive signals from satellites that are 4 degrees apart. Neither Dish nor Direc LNB's are constructed that way.

Your options are the standard Shaw dish, or 2 generic dishes, such as a Patriot 85e, each having its own ku band LNB such as a Pansat 5600, coupled together with a switch. If you have certain programming interests, and you determine that most of your channels of interest come from only 1 of the 2 Shaw satellites, you could get away with only 1 dish and 1 LNB. In general, English programming comes from Anik F1R @ 107.3. French programming and HD come from Anik F2 at 111.1. There are some exceptions to this, however. See the following 2 webpages to determine which channels come from where:

Shaw Direct on Anik F1R at 107.3°W - LyngSat
Shaw Direct on Anik F2 at 111.1°W - LyngSat

If you do decide to go with a standard Shaw dish, you should consider the 75e and not the 60e for your location. The 60e might not be large enough to give you a good signal under all weather conditions.
