Are ClearPlay and the shut down CleanFlicks in any way related? They are/were both Utah companies, and ClearPlay sure looks like a legal version of CleanFlicks. Anyway, even if this judgement sticks, it is still fairly chump change for Dish--and at agreed upon number of installaments.

I thought a judge threw out that judgement a couple of weeks ago?
