Are others having the same problem with the Dish Interactive Customer Support as I am having. Anytime I have it call in to see my statement or pay my bill, it tells me that there is an error and that I'll have to try later. It used to work. The last software they had for it a couple of years ago didn't work either, then they changed it and it worked. Now it doesn't anymore. I checked my phone connection and it dials in to Dish. There must be a problem on their end.

my 722 doesn't connect either. i think i remember reading a post on here that it is because i have both the phone line and broadband connected. not a big deal, i just log on the website to view bill and statements.
