Dish install gone terribly wrong!

I just heard from a friend, who is a landlord, that some guy just tried drilling into his concrete balcony to mount his dish. He didn't just drill through the concrete balcony of his condo, but he drilled straight through a tension cable!!

Cutting or drilling into post-tension cables requires expensive repair (over $10,000 per cable replacement) and can result in structural damage or injury to personnel if the concrete collapses or explodes.

When they say don't drill any holes in your balcony, LISTEN.

I doubt insurance will cover it. The account reads like it was a renter, not a professional installer. He'd better have a good bank account or good credit rating.
