If you live in Las Vegas, avoid Linkus at all costs.
I ordered install via the Web link from the Voom website. The installer showed up without a switch to combine the LNB's to my smart box.
The second installer showed up but with only 3 receivers when I had ordered 4. Plus he was 2 hours late because, "he wasn't familiar with the area." I had called them at 4:30 and was told he was on his way. At 5:30 they had told me he was on his way. At 6:30, I was told he was on his way. When he showed up after 7 without the right equimpent and short on LNB's, I told him to go home.
The third installer showed up again without switches. He said they've been out of switches for a while. If that's the case, why schedule an install?
I am waiting for the fourth installer. I have no idea if this guy will have the right equipment, but if he doesn't, I'm going back to cable.
This is Bullsh!t. Linkus sucks ass.
